Breakfast room was small but adequate, Breakfast itself was adequate for our needs. Onsite parking was good. Only problem we had was the presence of two Holiday Inns in Santa Clara which meant we ended up in a different hotel to our relatives

I loved the location close to Santana Row and restaurants, and the hotel lobby/breakfast was very clean.

It was above and beyond my expectation. Every part of the room is so clean and the room smells good. One of the most comfortable hotels we stayed in. Keep it that way!

Nice staff , clean rooms, and very accommodating. we needed an early check-in. Since we we have a 2 year old traveling with us.

I appreciated the cleanliness of my room and the staff's welcoming personalities from the front desk ladies to the nice lady providing breakfast in the morning. I liked my window view and would request the same room next Spring when I visit my family again.

It was a fabulous place to stay, absolutely spotless, staff were absolutely fab, breakfast was brilliant and it was very reasonable too. free parking too. all in all a great place to stay. Highly recommend.
